Does Bling Bling World ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally! Please note that shipping costs to international countries will apply differently based on package weight and final destination. We will not be responsible for any applicable custom fees, taxes, or other charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days of processing time for your order before it’s being shipped out.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your shipment. Package shipping & delivery can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure that your package ships out as soon as possible, your order is processed the moment it comes in. We are unable to make changes to orders once it’s placed in our system.
Please make sure that all selections are final before placing your order (i.e. shipping address, item color/sizes, promocodes, etc.)

How do I make a return?
Items that are unworn/unused/unwashed can be returned within 30 days after purchase.
To begin your return process, please contact us here with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
When your return package reaches us, it typically takes 1-2 business days to inspect and process your refund. It could take an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to show up on your original form of payment.

Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. We recommend that you return your current item(s) and repurchase the item(s) in your preferred size or color. Please refer to the return process above.

What do I do if I received a defective item?
If you happen to have received a defective item, please report the case to us immediately here.
Make sure to provide us with your order number, defective items, and issue with the defects.
